By purchasing a ShareThisMemory plan, you agree to this policy.
1. General Refund Rule
Payments are generally non-refundable once processed, including subscription renewals and one-time setup payments.
2. Canceling Future Charges
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at contact@sharethismemory.com.
- Cancellation stops future billing and remains active through the current paid period.
- You are responsible for canceling before the next renewal date.
3. Billing Error Exceptions
- Duplicate charges caused by a technical issue may qualify for review.
- Unauthorized charges verified by our billing team may qualify for review.
4. Request Window
Billing error claims must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date to contact@sharethismemory.com.
5. Review and Outcome
If approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing timelines depend on your payment provider.
